Their prices are right there with certified packages 190 hp at around 32K 230 turbo around 36K How would that compare to your installation? What's included in their "package" ? Motor mount, cowl, prop, radiators??? Even if they included the same thing, and were the same price, the Lycoming equipped RV would outsell the Mistral 50 to 1. The Lyclone is king of the hill, and I don't see any challengers on the horizon. As nice as Mistral's engine seems, I don't see them selling any more than Powersport did, unless they do manage to land a deal with a certified aircraft company. Sad, but that's my prediction.
