Hi Dennis,
You're really making fantastic progress... probably be flying sooner
than me. One comment if I may. I'm not too sure about that u-shaped
aluminum fuel line. If it were me, I think I would replace it with
braided SS. At the very least, I would put an Adel clamp on it for
support. Keep us posted on your progress.

Attached are more pictures.
1. Top of engine looking down from left side. The yellow tank on top of
the engine is the oil reservoir for the 2 cycle oil fed to the injection
pump.
Also the fuel rails and fuel plumbing is near the top of the photo.
The alternator is RX-8 100 amp. Upper left shows the AN-20 water hose
going down to the radiator. The water/air tank is at the top extreme
left. The relocated starter is shown at the bottom right corner.
2. Right side shows the intake manifold and throttle body added to the
stock RX-8 intake that was cut off just above the injector boss.
More of the AN-20 hose system is also shown. The exhaust manifold is
stock RX-8 with 2 egt's added to the left and right exhaust ports.
3. Right side again with a better view of the exhaust system.
I hope to remove the heat shields from the muffler and take another
picture as soon as it gets warmer. - maybe Sunday.
