This is among the best "under the engine cooling system" installations I have seen.   From what is visible in the pix you sent the only thing that comes to mind is Lynn's observation about the 'crossed rotor' plug wires (a real no-no).

The "theorists" would criticize the sub optimum distance behind the coolers but that is an over-rated factor.  We live and fly in the real world where that is rarely possible.  To fix it would require one of Rusty's BUC cowls and you don't want to go there Smiley emoticon.  Problems can lurk in details no visible in the pictures but I think it will work fine.  Resist the urge to put louvers, monster outlet sizes, draggy lips on the outlet and other such fixes.  Do put clean radiuses around all corners of the outlet (except the bottom).

Attached are more pictures of my cowl and radiator installation.
Comments are welcome!
The first picture shows the inside of the lower cowl with the inlet duct
to the radiators and the air cleaner for the engine intake at the top.
The second picture is a left side view of the engine and radiators.
The third picture shows the RX 7 (1989?) oil cooler mounted next to the
Griffin  GRI-2-58185-X radiator with fin dimensions 12.75" wide x 18"
long x 2.75" thick.
