Lynn and Ed  - Thanks for the input - I will reroute the plug wires as Lynn suggested and will keep an eye on the tie-raps on the engine mount.  My EAA advisor had approved them.  I used 5 Adel clamps to hang the radiator under the engine mount.  I will watch these closely also.

The jury is still out on the need for inlet turning vanes.  Probably need to get it into the air to find out.
