Hi John, I would think that any magnetic field effects from the pulsing injectors would not have much effect on the DC current from the thermocouples in the EGT wires.  But, my advise is to reroute the wires now to preclude any possible interaction.  Later will probably be harder if there is any interaction.
 
I have found laying on my back with the spar causing a reverse arch to the spin not being all that desirable at my age.  So had I the opportunity to change things, I would definitely put everything I ever needed to change or get to in a better position from the git-go

I have the fuel injection wires separated from compass, now can I run the EGT thermo coupling wires with the fuel injection wires, if not, I can separate them by about 12 inches by routing them along the floor and up to the console.  JohnD         wiring impaired
