There are many others as well but these are cheap. Daryl Greenameyers plane has 6 or 7 little brass spray nozzles around each of the air inlets. Pointed straight toward the center sitting flush with the inlet. All metal fittings would be the safest of course. I worked on semiconductor cleaners and there are several suppliers that make reasonably priced spray nozzles. I see if I might find a catalog.
