I learned in a 150 and 172. they
aren't that hard to land. at TTD in the winter there are often 20-32 mph
headwinds from the gorge, which gives a Cessna like a 25'
rollout.
I learned to land the Champ in the turnaround at the end of the runway, so
my training time went for training and not to taxi back which I knew
how to do already. Good instructor.
