I worked on it Sunday, and cut the extruded fuel rail to length, and using the old one for a pattern, I marked and drilled all of the pilot holes. After drilling increasingly larger holes, I finally got the injector holes to the correct diameter. I removed the reamer from the its holder, and discovered that I had a problem. The reamer that I ordered is not the correct size. I went back and checked my order , and I apparently did order the wrong one. Apparently it was listed with the shank size being the one I wanted, and not the reamer itself. If I had taken the time to calculate out the fractional dimension, 33/64", I would have realized that it was .5156 inches, and not the .4435 inches that I need. I located the correct one and ordered it, so it will hopefully be here by Friday. Steve Brooks Cozy MKIV N75CZ Turbo Rotary
