As always - I'm not one who reallllly knows and can't answer the question. But, I can add that Dave Atkins told me to just cap the pressure port on my fuel regulator. One of his guys suggested I connect it to the vacuum line and he said "no, it doesn't do anything on an NA setup". I'm using the TWM fuel-pressure regulator.
