I dreamed this up last night. Only single point of failure I see is the 4PDT switch. The switch is a Honeywell rated at 20A\12VDC. Buss make self resetting breakers that fit their ATC fuse blocks.  ( CB222) The type 2 reset when the load is removed. Not sure how they would do with an inductive load.

During run-up the coils and injectors would be under little load so switching to the Aux Batt Bus should be easy on the switch. If everything goes dark then the pilot throws one switch to source from the isolated Aux Batt Bus. If the charging circuit on the Control Vision EXPBUS goes bad I am not sure what would happen. The Alternator is an internal regulated one. With the load removed from the B and S leads hopefully it would shutdown but who knows.

All contactors are the solid state EV200 Tyco type.

Next lets talk about primers :)
