City?... no cities.  It's in the middle of nowhere, but it is a state park with an airport.  Look right in the center of a triangle made up of Owensboro, Bowling Green and Elizabethtown.  Look for Rough River Lake.  The towns are like Mayberry RFD.    I saw where it looks like they are charging for wing camping and first come first served.  If you don't want to pitch a tent you may want to call to get a room at the park lodge.
