This is for those guys who would = rev the engine hard after starting. The 12 A's don't have this feature and it isn't need if you don't rev = the engine when it's cold. So a complete cut off is OK. As a matter of = fact complete cut off is achieved when the engine is hot- same as the = 12A engine. The jets in the e-shaft can be replaced with a plug with a hole approx = 2mm or .08" - so 5/64" is good!
