I seem to remember that rotary's have destroy some brands of filters.
What are the suggested brands and models we should be using? This could
have been in the racing environment or I could be mistaken.

Hi Bill,
At least some of the K&N filters have holes in the "nut" on the bottom
of the can that can be used to wire tie it. The hole can be seen in the
close up photos of the K&N HP-3001 and HP-3002 on the Summit web site.
The HP-3001 is a replacement for the PH8A. I'm not sure how long the
PH8A is. You might want to look at the HP-2004 also.
