No. Notice I said "my engine monitor". Was a simple 8-bit, 16 channel affair.

It could send the data (ASCII) in real time over a serial port.
The Visual Basic application I wrote for the PocketPC would capture data from the serial port and send to a file.
(Later it got a bit more advanced, being able to distinguish between GPS data and EM data combined in the same data stream.)

I would need to know the EM2 data format in order to modify it to work with that, which I'll probably do for Tracy.

Finn,
Do you really have data acquisition software from the EC2 to a Pocket PC?
I sure would love to get my hands on that.
Any chance that you would make it available, at some price of course?
I am currently using a RMI engine monitor, as Tracy's EM was not available when I was building my plane.
Being able to capture EC2 data would be a huge benefit for analysis purposes.
Thanks,
Jim

Nope. F9 is one byte: 11111001.

You're sure you're working with this on a daily basis?

(really ought to volunteer to do this since I'm near Tracy, and have been there, done that with my engine monitor, Pocket PC and Excel)
