Dave, I didn't attend Bill's get-together but can pass along some basic
requirements. The long standing rule of thumb has been 2 cubic inches of
radiator per HP. Depending of the quality of the ducting you can vary that
up or down. Obviously poor ducting requires more area, and proper ducting can
reduce the required area. Don't plan on less unless you can test well before
flight.
