I wouldn't worry too much about 200 degree oil temps while running at full
throttle.  I see that on a regular basis on climb out after take off.  In
the early days, I saw 240 a few times, but it didn't seem to cause any
damage.  Perhaps 240 for long periods might be a different story, but 200
seems to be within the normal range.  I'd like to know what the RX-7 oil
temps run on a 90+ day sitting in traffic.  Probably would scare you.
Guys,
190° F is a normal oil temp for many engines. For best power you might need to run a little cooler. 200 is OK. I wouldn't want to see more than 230 for a long time. 180 is about a minimum to get into the range where you will boil off the water that condenses after running.
