What size coolant lines are adequate?  I may go with AN or socketless
type hose and am considering 1 inch ID for the coolant and 1/2 inch for
the oil lines.

Hi Dennis,

Both of those sizes will work.  I used AN-12 (theoretically 3/4" ID) with two evap cores in series (worst case), and it was no problem.  1/2" is a bit smaller than most people run on oil, but it's bigger than the hole in the fitting on the front cover.  If you've got a really long run for the hose (remotely mounted cooler), then I'd go up a size at least.

Cheers,
Rusty
