If it's not too much trouble, please send the
instructions. It looks like it will be Tuesday before I can get to the
airport again. I definitely haven't found the real time MAP mode
yet.

Yeah, I was pretty sure
you didn't accidentally find the real time MAP view :-)
I'll send the
instructions later. Sure would be easier if they came in electronic
format, rather than paper...
