Tell them your hearing is not good. I had to do this = after 4 different persons in India hung up on me. Finally the operator said = she could connect me to someone speaking English and switched me to a point = in Texas were the tecky (speaking English) got every thing sorted out for = me on the high speed inter net and it all works fine now.
