Rusty; Here if you have to call sbc and they
tell you that they are switching you to a tecky, tell them you need to talk to
someone who can speak English. Tell them your hearing is not good. I
had to do this after 4 different persons in India hung up on me. Finally
the operator said she could connect me to someone speaking English and switched
me to a point in Texas were the tecky (speaking English) got every thing
sorted out for me on the high speed inter net and it all works fine now.
