Wow, I was planning on filling the engine with coolant tonight and do a
preliminary test tonight, but by the time I finish answering all the e-mails
it may be too late (slow typist-- the "hunt & peck" method). I've stirred up
the RV-9 list with auxiliary fuel questions that need answers as well.

As others have pointed out I did not fill the hole. You can even have it
you want ;-)
