Jerry,  Could you forward this to the Fly Rotary list?  I seem to have
some problems getting email thru.

Bob

Hi Kelley,  I've asked Jerry to forward this to the list.

I tried to send some jpg's, but all of the messages bounced.  There was
a notice that I've been blacklisted by dnsbl.sorbs.net so it appears I
wont be able to post to the list untill I get that straightened out,
I posted the jpg's to one of my web sites at
http://www.bob-white.com/O320/ where they can be download.  I didn't
notice right away that the page format was buried in the front view.
That sort of thing happens sometimes when using dxf across different
applications.  It is separated in the format.jpg file, and includes the
drawing notes.

Jerry and Bob,
Any chance of sending this as a Jpg for those of us who struggle just
to turn our conputers on ??

Hi Jerry,

When you unzip the file, you get two directories. One directory is
__MACOSX, and the other has the same names as the dxf file. The dxf zip
file is in that directory. I would just send the file, and not put in
all those spaces in the name either. :)

Actually OSX is based on one of the BSD flavors. which is a different
Unix clone. There are some licensing problems with Linux for commercial
companies. Linux and BSD are very similar and most software that runs
on one will run on the other. OSX has a bunch of user interface built
on top so that it doesn't look like BSD or Linux. I type a lot of
stuff at the command line. On MAC OS9 and earlier, that wasn't even
possible. That was the hardest part of using a MAC for me. I quit
using MACs just before OSX came out. (It was a work thing.)

Thanks, what does it mean, "a directory or two down?" Us Mac guys
don't speak that language. BTW, arn't you using Lennox? That is
quite similar to the Mac OS, both being Unix based. Jerry

Hi Jerry,

It came thru to the list although it's a directory or two down, and
includes some MAC stuff. :) I unzipped it and opened it with VariCAD.
It seems to be OK.

Leon, that drawing was bounced. Symantic Mail Security called it a
"prohibited file." Maybe I could send it to you direct. Contact me

Leon, I use a CAD program called Vector Works so I have exported
from it to DXF. I hope it works for you. If not I can probably
come up with a jpg. Jerry

Hi Guys,

Does anyone out there have the dimensions for a DynaFocal mount
please?? A CAD drawing WOULD be real nice, (either dxf or dwg
format would be just ducky), but even a hand sketch with the
dimensions would be just super.

Thanks in advance,

Leon
