I got mine done by a company called Flame Spray here in San Diego.  They do a lot of shipyard and aviation stuff here, but the will slip in a small job here and there.  It was $250 for everything.
 
BTW, this company alone has many different types of thermal coatings - so they are clearly not all the same.  Will let you know how long it lasts.
 
There was a ceramic coating on the rotor faces in the engine I got from Atkins (the one that was rusted out).  That engine only had a few hours on it, but the coatings were already coming off.
