I haven't seen any information on how these install in the
primary injector
holes.

Bill,
I know this changed a
bit from year to year, but here's a picture of the correct stack of parts for
the stock primary injectors I originally used. I believe these were
89-91 turbo parts. The primary and secondary parts weren't the same I
don't believe. You'll notice that the angled diverter "air bleed" is
keyed, to help the fuel go toward the port.
