Working from a 1-1/2 yr old memory here but I believe he said 7500 pump RPM. Not sure on restriction I believe it had a radiator without thermostat. I believe that is the standard Powersport setup.

Bill, did Steven Wienzurl mention at what pump rpm this 53gpm was recorded? & if it was in a "normal system with engine and radiator and thermostat or not"?

less. But for 250HP continuous then I believe you are talking above 50 GPM.

All this is just my SWAG.

Ed,
I discussed this with Steven Wienzurl who did the PSRU for Powersport. He said the stock Mazda pump (13B) put out 53 GPM on the edge of cavitation. That would pretty much verify your SWAG.
