The contest seems to be how much chrome can you put on it, and how loud and obnoxious you can make the engine sound. While a PP would be a poor choice for street performance, it's perfectly outrageous for the Harley crowd. Imagine sitting at the red light, with the poor engine struggling to keep idling, eyes watering from the noxious emissions.
