I should find out this weekend. The DAR will be at the = airport around 9:00am Sat to make me legal, then I'll start replacing = the injectors. While if an injector doesn't "click" it is = definitely not for your aircraft, the fact that it does "click" does = necessarily mean it is a good injector. I had an injector that would = stick open (didn't know for certain that was the problem at the time) = while I was flying and cause the EGT on that rotor to decrease 300F. It = was intermittent and would never do it on the ground (which initally = made me think it was some other problem). The engine noise would change = slightly (I guess from guzzling all that fuel) and I would lose approx = 150 rpm but other than that and EGT temp drop nothing showed up. Just = about drove me crazy. Then finally it happened on the ground and by = quickly switching between injector pairs I knew which pair and from the = EGT I knew which injector - replaced injector and problem was solved. = It still "clicked" fine when I took it out.
