Stuck injectors after cleaning and flow balancing is a common problem. The solvents use set up after sitting a while. What you need to do before installing any overhauled injector is to get a 12v battery, hook it up and touch one wire to the terminal momentarily to see if it clicks.

You can bet I'll test this on any injector I install, including the brand new pair that just showed up 5 minutes ago.

Unfortunately, mine clicked just fine when I tested them just a couple weeks ago, but I still think one is sticking open to some extent.  It clearly puts me in a rich, and erratic condition, and I can't think of anything else that could cause that (connections, wiring, etc).  If the new injectors don't fix it, I'll have to think harder about the possible cause, but I'm pretty confident that all will be well with the new pair of primaries.  I should find out this weekend.  The DAR will be at the airport around 9:00am Sat to make me legal, then I'll start replacing the injectors.  With any luck, I'll be attempting to tune again by Sunday.

Cheers,
Rusty
