I was around my plane most of the time, except a 1-2 hour period around 1 P.M. Went with a friend who had driven in to get some real food for lunch, since the Copperstate selection was very limited. Mick Myal forced me to talk about my plane at 10 a.m. in tent 5. I didn't see any other rotary planes there either. There was a Subaroo RV and Spencer's V8 EZ. Met Mike Wills and Chuck Dunlap. Paul Lamar was there of course. I departed DVT yesterday at 6:30 am, stopped at PTV (Porterville CA) and MFR (Medford OR) for fuel, arrived back at MMV at 5 pm. Not too bad to cover 1100 NM in one day with my "slow" plane. Perry
