The gear box feed is from the same location using a flex line. I started with an alum line but like the flex better. Oil temp reads 15-20 degrees lower than coolant in current static tests with the top cowling off. This is easy to install in the alum line. Should be about equivalent to measuring the temp at the oil inlet. Anyone else doing it there?
