here is my manifold for my 20B. I
used a roundover bit on the intakes to achieve a bugle mouth, after the welder
welded them with a deep bead. the white stuff is marine-tex, to smooth the
passages some, yet to be sanded. plenum on the right will be welded on
next. started by sawing off portion of stock manifold (about a month
before those castings became avail).
