Bill, My Spintech is about 14"x8"x3" with 2" in/out pipes (you can choose where these pipes are placed)  This thing is heavy but quiet!  Weight is about 7-8 pounds.
 
I put 4130--3/4" straps bolted around the 2 end pipes and hung these beneath and bolted to the motor mount.  Yes, my hummer is under the hood.
