The diodes you want to put across the coils of all your contactors to protect the switches that control them are readily available at Radio Shack. You can buy a package with 10 of them for about $2. Look for a 1N4001 or 4002, or 4003... either one will work. I've attached a clip from the schematic that shows the battery master and starter solenoids... the battery master is switched on the ground side, the starter on the hot side. The schematic shows the diode placement for both circuits so you'll be covered for whichever way you've set up your starter switch. HTH.
