Don't know, Tim.  The conventional wisdom is that NA engines (I have a turbo
block but no turbo) are really not susceptible to detonation.  Besides that
the B9EGV is a racing plug (states it on the box) and of course they are
designed to run much colder than a normal plug.  However, I could find no
evidence of FOD other than that caused by the broken piece of apex seal.
