The ones on the Lycs you mentioned work with some kind of bayonet-lock: push
up and twist - it stays open / push up twist back - it closes.
I'll have a look wether the whole assembly is safetywired to the engine
tomorrow...
Very nice arragement, however considering this certified stuff, probably
very pricey.
If someone wants to know I can try to find out a price, but wont be back in
the office before saturday to fire off a quote request...
