Hi Todd,
Thanks for the info. That was also in the instruction manual I
downloaded. I have it set up a little on the short side with a 12 inch
1 1/2 dia pipe on the input and a 6 inch on the output. I certainly
don't want to fly with that humongus thing in there. :) I would think
that if I decided to leave the meter in for flight, I could get a
correlation between the true reading and the reading without the
upstream and downstream pipes.
I gave Rusty the specific gravity correction factor shown for this
guage, but after thinking about it, I wonder if the same correction
factor would be used for a guage that worked on a different principle.
Would a paddle wheel guage need a correction factor?
