It's a pretty noticeable click. Whack the side of the injector a few times
with the handle of a hammer to see if that frees it up.

I hit it with a hammer. Now it is flat. Unfortunately, the only hammer I
had was a 16 pound sledgehammer. Wish you had been more specific.
Shouldn't have mattered, if you'd followed the directions
