Position the cursor just to the right of the last character in his signature. Left click and hold the button down while you drag the mouse down until it highlights all text all the way to the bottom, including the standard list info. Release the button & hit <enter> on the keyboard.
The shortcut to using the mouse is <control-shift-end>, then <enter>. Does the same thing without all that dragging.
