wasn't really the question. I would have two alternators, and would want
to be able to test them individually during preflight. Also, I'm using
the EM-2 as a voltage warning, so if either alt was working, I'd have no
alarm.
I'm still not all that crazy about having
dual alternators. I'd like to see the e-shaft alt putting out enough for
primary duty, and perhaps it can, particularly if they can "stack"
them.

With an alternator driven by the e-shaft and an EWP, I
could have an engine that required no belts. I REALLY like that
idea. Did I say I REALLY like that idea? Paul
