Pulley free would be nice, if possible.

Hi Bill;
I was about to ask you to clarify what they are proposing to build when
your latest reply to Paul has shed some light on it.
Just to confirm this... We are talking about a non-belt driven PM
alternator only without a water pump, with the stator mounted directly to
our existing front cover, via some sort of adapter (or a cu$tom front
cover?) and the rotor would take the place of the existing pulley mounted on
the e-shaft, and have the outer surface of the rotor machined as a
pulley/belt drive for a main alt. (or water pump for you non-EWP types)
Does this sound about right? If that's the case I'm in as long as they
don't want an arm & leg for it. I'm hoping for a serpentine as I already
converted my existing pulley for the alt.
Now if we can get this with a high enough output to eliminate the main,
then get Ernest to develop a back-up motorcycle alt for the PSRU, then I
could be pulley free!
Good work
