I eventually determined that it was an FD plate, = rather than the FC that Tracy's RD units require. The picture on the ad was = the correct one, and it said it would fit FC's. Mounting the engine is a big enough step=20 forward, that you're still way ahead :-)
 
I bought a 13B flex plate on Ebay = once, and it=20 was very similar to the one you have I believe.  I eventually = determined=20 that it was an FD plate, rather than the FC that Tracy's RD units=20 require.  The picture on the ad was the correct one, = and it said=20 it would fit FC's.  Fortunately, the seller had both, and = swapped it=20 out for the correct plate.
