Sorry about that. I got the injector plugs at the Mazda dealer as a pig-tail affair. Sorry again that I don't have the number, but I know they found it in their parts book.
It may also be the same as a Nissan part. My memory cells are leaking.

the local Chevy dealer's parts department.
