Rusty, here is my oil circuit:
1.  Exit oil pump / engine at the front cover;  I may drill the oil gallery on the end housing for the exit like Pineapple Racing does.  This would avoid the pressure loss of going thru the front cover.  Haven't decided if this is worth the effort?
2.  to oil cooler
3.  to filter
4.  to front end housing (as in car) oil gallery  (note that I have plugged and removed the rear oil filter mount like Bruce T. does)
This keeps all the hoses short (and light) and on the firewall end of the engine.

Rusty, I plan to 'return oil' from the oil cooler to the top of the front (rear in our application) end housing.  There is an oil galley that can be drilled on the top of the housing for this.  I believe this galley is drilled on turbo engines.  Give me call if you don't know what I'm talking about.  I don't have a picture; maybe someone else does.

Hi Ken,

My redrive oil comes from that spot now, so I know what you're talking about.  I guess you're going to filter the oil before it gets to that point, and just connect the two holes at the filter mount?  I'm hoping to end up with some sort of "normal" filter, mounted on a custom block at the normal filter location, but this custom block could also include an oil inlet from the cooler.  I just realized yesterday that I have a bag of filters for my old (sold) FD.  It will be nice if I can make those work.

Cheers,
Rusty
