Why would the tension bolts be bent?  With them being in tension you would think that they would be straight as a string when they are relaxed.  Would they have memory from past damage?  Just strange that they would be bent. 
 
I have no idea why they would be bent, which is why I mentioned it.  This was a new engine, that Bruce went through, so there's no reason for "previous damage" to be an issue.
 
I'm still debating the ceramic coating (thanks Steve).  I may call Performance coatings tomorrow, and see how fast they say they can turn them around.  I'll also ask about the temp of the process, because Bruce said his shop doesn't damage the bearings.  I can't recall now who said this would happen.  I could possibly send them the rotors, and get them back in time to stay on my original schedule, so it's at least worth looking into.
