Gary Graham goes on at great lengths about the changes in vapor pressure and
how locating the pump too high introduces bubbles, formed from dissolved
gases in the fuel, not from the atmosphere, into the fuel line.(similar to
opening a soda)   He has a window in his fuel line and can actually see the
bubbles.  I would keep the pump on the floor if at all possible.   kevin
