 Looks like the Atkins manifold is made for the third gen engine and he uses it for the six port also.
  Wouldn't it be better to use the third gen side housing at this point? looks like they would put out better power.

The secondary ports in the Atkins manifolds appear to be angled (not vertical), which would make me believe they are meant to match the 6-port secondary holes. 
 
I gave some thought to going with the REW housings, but my true 4-port sized intake wouldn't work, and I'd need 3 housings rather than 2.  For 200 HP,  I'm betting the ported 4-port housings are plenty big, so I decided to leave well enough along for this engine. 
 
For the single rotor, I am ordering REW housings, which should be way more than needed, considering I'll be using two secondaries, rather than a primary and a secondary.  I have to make an intake from scratch anyway, plus, Racing Beat told me that their aluminum housings (if they're ever finished) would match up to the REW ports.  I'm hoping I can eventually just change the side housings without doing anything else.
