My Spintech weighs 14 lbs, and the rest of the pipe from the firewall back probably adds another 5-6 lbs. Perhaps this could amount to a 10 lb savings, if you can reduce the weight as you hope. =20 =20 My headers already come together into a nice 2.5" (I think) pipe prior = to the muffler. I used a two piece ball type coupler, which means I could = buy another coupler, and weld it up to a new pipe-muffler, then just bolt it onto the existing header. I'll be interested to see how yours works = out. =20 =20 By the way, Rusty, do you think you might try to make the RV flyin at LakeLand in Jan?? =20 Good question... hadn't even thought about it.
