Thanks, Mike....I have already spoken with a DAR from Dothan, AL....he sent the paperwork to me a few weeks ago. He can fly here in about 1/2 hour.  I just thought that since Ron Gowan was familiar with the rotary engine, it would be advantageous to use him.  Paul Conner

That's great news.  What state does Ron Gowan live in?  (Hopefully close to Alabama)  Paul Conner, 13b powered SQ2000 needing DAR inspection in Mobile, AL

Congratulations to our own Ron Gowan (one of the first Rotary powered pioneers..Long EZ)
on completing the Amateur-Built Designated Airworthiness Representative (AB-DAR) training
at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City. Ron gave me my first flight in a rotary powered A/C
in the mid 1990s .
