Al, just wondering if you could pass on your numbers for your oil cooler installation. Do you know what size [ sqr inch] your inlet, cooler and exit are?  did you use a NACA on the bottom side of the wing?

The oil cooler core is 5.31” x 21.5” = 114 sq. in.  The inlet is 1.15 x 22 = 25 sq. in.  The exit is about 1.8” by 22” = 40 sq. in.

 

The inlet “duct” goes in at about a 45 degree angle, and has an airfoil shaped “lip” along the trailing edge that extends about ½” below the lower surface of the wing.
