Hi = Kevin,

I think I'll skip the glue, but I = will be=20 salvaging the skeleton of both the aileron, and rudder.  In = fact, the=20 new skins just got delivered a few minutes ago by FedEx Saver = (cheaper than=20 3 day UPS apparently).   At first, I thought it would be easier to make a new skeleton, = since=20 there were so many holes to match, but when I looked at the plans, I = remembered=20 that all those holes in the middle are just skin stiffeners.  I = just have=20 to decide now if it's easier to bring home the tools, and do it here, or = do it=20 at the hanger.

Thanks,
Rusty (got=20 skins)
